At Nestoly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
